Senior Product Manager, AI (B2C exp in fintech, retail investing, financial media, or other consumer financial products)

Versant is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead artificial intelligence product initiatives in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced product leader with a track record building B2C financial technology products, retail investing platforms, financial media solutions, or other consumer-focused financial services.

You'll own the complete product lifecycle for AI features, from conception and strategy through launch and optimization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate AI product strategy aligned with market demand and company vision
• Conduct user research, interviews, and validation studies with target customer segments
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to scope features and manage technical roadmaps
• Analyze competitive landscapes and identify differentiation opportunities in financial AI solutions
• Define success metrics, track product performance, and iterate based on user feedback and data
• Communicate roadmaps and product decisions to leadership, sales, and marketing stakeholders
• Prioritize features and manage trade-offs across multiple product initiatives

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product management experience at a senior or staff level
• Proven success building B2C products in fintech, retail investing, financial media, or adjacent consumer financial services
• Experience shipping AI or machine learning-powered features to end users
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
