Director, Program Management

The Opportunity

As Director of Program Management at Versant, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical programs that align with organizational objectives. This leadership position involves managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring programs meet stakeholder expectations while delivering on budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, scope, and objectives in collaboration with senior leadership
• Oversee program lifecycle management from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead and mentor program teams, fostering collaboration across departments and functions
• Monitor program health, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain on-time, on-budget delivery
• Develop and communicate program status reports and metrics to stakeholders and executives
• Establish best practices and governance frameworks for program management across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large, complex programs in a director or senior program management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies
