Field Events Coordinator (Hillsborough County)

Join Greenbrook Medical in Hillsborough County as a full-time Field Events Coordinator, where you'll manage the logistics that build relationships between our broker partners, community leaders, and a healthcare organization redefining senior care.

The Opportunity

You'll be the operational engine behind our regional outreach efforts. As Field Events Coordinator, you'll plan, coordinate, and execute community touchpoints that build relationships with insurance brokers, FMOs, and community advocates—giving our Broker Relations team the operational foundation they need to focus on relationship-building. Your work will span event conception to completion: securing venues, managing materials, overseeing setup and breakdown, tracking attendance and outcomes, and refining our approach as we scale. This role requires regular evening and weekend availability for events across the region. It suits someone who brings energy to field-based work, thrives on independence, and takes pride in professional execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle complete logistics for regional community events—from venue selection and permitting through setup, execution, and teardown
• Coordinate with external partners including venues, FMO offices, and broker contacts to lock in event details and confirm readiness
• Represent Greenbrook on-site at events, managing real-time operations and ensuring consistent brand presentation
• Develop and maintain a regional calendar of community engagement opportunities, actively sourcing new venues at pharmacies, senior centers, and community hubs
• Steward the event materials inventory—collateral, signage, giveaways—and liaise with marketing on reprints and refreshes
• Document each event in HubSpot with attendance figures, lead counts, and follow-up actions completed within one business day
• Collaborate with regional Broker Relations Liaisons to anticipate operational needs and ensure events serve their relationship objectives
• Provide weekly updates to the Director of Market Growth on activity volume, results, and upcoming initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in events management, field marketing, community engagement, hospitality, or similar operations role
• Sharp organizational instincts; able to juggle multiple events in different phases of planning without missteps
• Willingness to do whatever the work demands—driving materials, setting up in demanding conditions, staying through event end
• Clear communicator in writing and conversation; comfortable as Greenbrook's representative to brokers, venues, and the public
• Quick thinker who adapts when unexpected issues arise or priorities shift
• Self-directed professional who works effectively without close supervision
• Bachelor's degree appreciated but not required; prior experience in event management, healthcare, or senior services is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred; we provide training)
