As a part-time Quick Service Sales Associate at Eataly, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll work alongside a team dedicated to bringing Italian culinary excellence to Toronto.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers with accuracy and attention to detail
• Take customer orders and process transactions efficiently and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following all food safety standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items and specialty products
• Support team members during peak service times to ensure smooth operations
• Handle cash and payment systems with accuracy
• Build rapport with regular customers and ensure their satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (retail, food service, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work scheduled part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Valid food handling certification is a plus
