Your Responsibilities
- Design, analyse, and optimise mechanical systems and components using advanced engineering principles and simulation tools

- Develop detailed engineering specifications, calculations, and technical documentation to support manufacturing and assembly
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, reviewing their work and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product reliability and performance
- Collaborate with other disciplines—electrical, software, manufacturing—to ensure integrated solutions
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input on feasibility, cost, and schedule considerations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional mechanical engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Professional Engineer (PEng) licence or equivalent professional credential
- Proficiency with mechanical design and simulation software (CAD, FEA, CFD)
- Strong technical writing and communication skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership
