The pasta station is the heart of Eataly's kitchen. You'll work at a dynamic, bustling restaurant station where precision, speed, and quality merge to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This full-time role demands both technical pasta expertise and the stamina to excel during service peaks while maintaining consistency throughout every shift.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook fresh and dried pasta dishes according to Eataly's authentic Italian recipes and plating standards
• Coordinate timing with other kitchen stations to ensure proper order flow and service speed
• Maintain mise en place and station organization throughout service
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before plates leave the kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols consistently
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and team members under pressure
• Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal specials

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role at a restaurant or dining establishment
• Strong knowledge of pasta cooking techniques, temperatures, and timing
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and culinary fundamentals
• Physical capability to stand for full shifts, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and work in a hot kitchen
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork ethic
