Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Edwards Health Care Services, you'll be the voice of our organization, handling inbound communications and ensuring every patient interaction reflects our commitment to quality care. Based in Hudson, Ohio, you'll work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, with the opportunity to transition to hybrid work arrangements once your initial training period concludes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Establish new patient accounts and configure service for medical products including diabetes supplies, breast pumps, and related equipment
• Collect and verify insurance information, physician referrals, and patient demographics
• Process and manage prescription refill orders for established customers
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with patients and clinical teams
