Agile Transformation Coach – Erlanger, KY (on-site)

Are you ready to drive organizational transformation through Agile? ADM is recruiting an Agile Transformation Coach to lead cross-functional change initiatives at our Erlanger, Kentucky facility (located in Villa Hills, Kenton County). This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to coach and mentor leaders and teams across the enterprise as we advance our operating model toward Agile-first practices.

What You'll Do

• Coach and mentor leaders, portfolio managers, program teams, and development teams through enterprise Agile adoption
• Facilitate assessments of current organizational practices and design tailored transformation roadmaps
• Lead training sessions and workshops on Agile frameworks, mindsets, and practices
• Guide teams through Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles
• Build and reinforce an Agile culture aligned with modern product-centric delivery models
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to remove impediments and accelerate adoption
• Track progress, measure adoption metrics, and adjust transformation strategies as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Agile coach, Scrum Master, or Agile consultant in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, methodologies, and scaling practices
• Demonstrated ability to coach at multiple organizational levels—from C-suite to development teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Track record of successfully driving organizational change and cultural transformation
• Relevant certifications (such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Program Consultant) preferred
• Experience in product-centric operating model transformation a plus
