Health System Sales Executive, Clinical Performance

RELX INC is hiring a Health System Sales Executive, Clinical Performance in Five Points, Wake County to drive enterprise information solutions adoption across hospital networks and integrated health systems in the region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and C-suite leadership.

Position Summary

As Health System Sales Executive, Clinical Performance at RELX INC, you will identify and cultivate business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, and healthcare providers seeking enterprise information solutions to enhance clinical outcomes and operational performance. You'll partner directly with senior executives, clinical administrators, and operational leaders to understand their strategic priorities and deliver solutions that measurably improve care delivery and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies targeting health systems and hospital networks in assigned territory
• Lead discovery and solution design conversations with chief medical officers, operations leaders, and clinical stakeholders
• Identify clinical performance and operational improvement opportunities aligned with prospect priorities
• Present and position enterprise information solutions that address healthcare organizations' specific challenges
• Manage complete sales cycles from initial opportunity through contract negotiation and closure
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with major healthcare accounts and key decision makers
• Monitor pipeline, forecast sales activity, and achieve territory targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience selling enterprise solutions to healthcare systems or comparable complex B2B organizations
• Demonstrated ability to engage healthcare executives and C-suite decision makers in strategic discussions
• Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflow, and performance management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-driven professional with proven track record exceeding sales objectives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
