Manager, Industry Solutions, Life Science

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Industry Solutions, Life Science to drive digital transformation and strategy development for life sciences clients at our Saint Bernard, Hamilton County location. You'll lead consulting engagements that reshape how healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech organizations operate in an increasingly digital landscape.

About the Role

As a Manager in our Life Science Industry Solutions practice, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at some of the world's most innovative life sciences firms. Your expertise will shape how organizations tackle complex operational, technology, and strategic challenges. You'll manage the full lifecycle of client engagements—from discovery and problem definition through solution design and implementation—while leading teams of consultants and supporting business development for new opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional consulting projects addressing operations, technology, and organizational challenges for life science clients
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
• Direct day-to-day project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes
• Mentor and coach consulting staff while maintaining quality and professional development standards
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to new business growth within the life sciences sector
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to life sciences

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting, life sciences industry, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise advising healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device organizations
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to lead teams, think strategically, and drive results in complex environments
