About the Role
As a Senior Consultant specializing in OneStream implementations, you'll work with clients across industries to modernize their financial planning and analysis functions. You'll combine technical acumen with business advisory skills to guide organizations through platform deployment, configuration, and optimization. Your role bridges the gap between client needs and technological capability, ensuring solutions align with enterprise strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute OneStream implementation projects, from discovery through deployment
- Configure and customize OneStream platforms to meet specific client requirements and workflows
- Advise finance leaders on best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and client stakeholders
- Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Provide training and support to client teams during transitions to new planning platforms
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing OneStream implementations
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience with OneStream platform implementations or financial planning system deployments
- Strong background in corporate finance, FP&A, financial consolidation, or related disciplines
- Ability to translate complex financial processes into clear technology solutions
- Excellent communication skills to engage with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
