About the Role

ADM seeks a dedicated Production Specialist for our Chattanooga area manufacturing facility. In this night shift position (12-hour days, 4 days on/4 days off rotation), you'll support production operations, maintain quality standards, and contribute to team objectives. What You'll Do

• Monitor production equipment and processes to maintain operational standards
• Follow safety and operating procedures consistently to ensure workplace safety
• Work collaboratively with your production team to meet output goals

• Track and report production metrics and escalate operational concerns
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives on the production floor

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to work the night shift consistently: 12-hour shifts, 4 days on/4 days off schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transportation to our Ridgeside location
• Basic math and reading comprehension
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
• Manufacturing or production background a plus but not required for entry-level candidates

Compensation & Schedule

This full-time position offers hourly compensation starting at $18.28 per hour, with opportunity to earn up to $23.65 per hour. You'll work night shifts on a rotating schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off.
