Recruiting Manager (Legal)

Robert Half is hiring a full-time Recruiting Manager (Legal) in the US to lead our legal staffing division. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiting professional to drive business growth while building meaningful relationships with law firms, in-house legal teams, and top legal talent.

About the Role

As a Recruiting Manager with our legal division, you'll oversee recruiting operations while actively developing new client relationships and expanding revenue opportunities within the legal services market. You'll combine hands-on recruiting expertise with strategic business development to grow our legal staffing practice and strengthen our market position.

What You'll Do

• Develop and expand our client base by identifying new law firms and corporate legal departments seeking staffing solutions
• Build and nurture relationships through direct outreach via phone, video meetings, and in-person visits to understand client needs
• Recruit, screen, evaluate, and place qualified legal professionals including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
• Create and execute recruiting strategies to source top talent and match candidates with client opportunities
• Expand service adoption among existing clients by demonstrating the full range of Robert Half's legal staffing capabilities
• Meet or exceed placement and revenue targets through consistent business development and recruiting activity
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records, manage pipelines, and report on recruiting metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting legal professionals or managing a legal staffing or recruiting function
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Excellent communication skills for phone, video, and face-to-face client interactions
• Ability to assess legal talent and understand law firm and corporate legal department staffing needs
• Self-directed, results-oriented professional who thrives in a sales-driven environment
• Proficiency with recruiting software and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
