International Tax Services – Senior Manager

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in International Tax Services to drive strategic client engagements at our Philadelphia County office, located in William Penn Annex East. In this full-time role, you will guide multinational clients through complex cross-border tax environments, developing and implementing solutions that align with their business objectives while optimizing their global tax positions within regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager in International Tax Services, you'll oversee sophisticated international tax engagements from initial strategy development through implementation and ongoing compliance. You'll work with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders at multinational organizations, helping them navigate the intersection of multiple tax jurisdictions, regulatory frameworks, and evolving global tax policy.

What You'll Do

• Lead international tax advisory projects from strategy through execution and ongoing compliance support
• Advise multinational companies on tax planning, structure optimization, and regulatory navigation
• Develop comprehensive tax strategies aligned with client business goals and risk tolerance
• Direct delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely client service
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with executive-level clients
• Monitor international tax law changes and help clients adapt their positions
• Coach and develop junior members of the tax services team

What We're Looking For

• Substantial professional experience in international tax advisory or public accounting
• Advanced knowledge of cross-border taxation, tax compliance, and strategic planning
• Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements and managing teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills, particularly explaining tax strategy to senior business leaders
• Professional standing in the tax industry
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client-facing work
