What You'll Do

• Build and lead multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to health industry segments, aligning programs with firm-wide business development goals.
• Partner with sector leaders, partners, and sales teams to translate market opportunities into targeted campaigns and go-to-market plans.
• Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, event activations, and client engagement initiatives that strengthen PwC's position in health and life sciences markets.
• Track campaign performance against pipeline and revenue metrics, using data to refine spend and improve outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and agency relationships, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and buyer behavior to keep messaging sharp and relevant.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, healthcare, or a health-adjacent industry.
• Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns that produced measurable business impact.
• Strong command of demand generation, content marketing, and stakeholder communication at an executive level.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and influence without direct authority across a matrixed organization.
