Tract Capital Management, LP is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel - Energy to join our legal team on a full-time, on-site basis in Glendale, Denver. This is a pivotal opportunity to provide hands-on legal counsel to a firm shaping the future of digital infrastructure.

About the Role

As Corporate Counsel - Energy at Tract Capital Management, LP, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor across the energy and infrastructure dimensions of our investment portfolio. Working from our Glendale, Denver office, you will partner closely with deal teams, operators, and leadership to structure transactions, manage risk, and support the development of cutting-edge digital infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on energy-related agreements, including power supply, procurement, and infrastructure development contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts supporting investment and operational activities.
• Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance matters affecting energy and digital infrastructure projects.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution across investments and acquisitions.
• Identify and help mitigate legal risk while enabling business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to deliver practical, timely legal guidance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience as corporate counsel, ideally with exposure to the energy sector.
• Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory matters.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Glendale, Denver.
