Senior Transformation Consultant

Highmark Health is hiring a full-time Senior Transformation Consultant in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, to drive high-impact client engagements that move the needle on performance, cost, and experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Transformation Consultant at Highmark Health, you will act as the driving force behind strategic projects built to hit and surpass critical performance targets. Based in Baton Rouge, you will partner with internal clients across the organization, typically supporting one to two engagements at a time and translating ambitious goals into measurable results across administrative efficiency, process redesign, medical cost and value, and the customer and provider experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central contributor on transformation initiatives aimed at meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
• Lead efforts to reduce administrative costs and streamline operational processes.
• Identify and execute opportunities that improve medical cost outcomes and overall value.
• Enhance the experience delivered to customers and providers throughout each engagement.
• Manage and balance one to two concurrent client engagements while keeping deliverables on track.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or consulting projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tie initiatives directly to performance and cost metrics.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities across diverse client groups.
• A results-oriented mindset focused on improving cost, quality, and experience outcomes.
