Strategy Analyst – Product and Experience Operations

Highmark Health is hiring a full-time Strategy Analyst – Product and Experience Operations to join our Product & Health Experience (PHE) team in Tallahassee, Leon County. If you love untangling complexity and connecting strategy to everyday execution, this role puts you where it matters most.

About the Role

As a Strategy Analyst on the Product and Experience Operations team, you will help translate high-level direction into coordinated action across the Product & Health Experience department. This Tallahassee-based, on-site position is built for someone who keeps product teams aligned, informed, and equipped to deliver their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans that move strategy forward.
• Partner across multiple product portfolios to keep teams coordinated and on track.
• Build and maintain the dashboards, reporting systems, and shared tools that surface insight and progress.
• Organize and support the recurring forums and working sessions where product teams collaborate and make decisions.
• Act as a connective point between strategy and day-to-day operations within the PHE department.

Qualifications

• A talent for analyzing and structuring complicated information into something teams can act on.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working across several portfolios at once.
• Experience with operational tooling such as dashboards, tracking systems, and shared workspaces.
• An organized, detail-oriented approach to maintaining processes and team-facing forums.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping product teams operate effectively.
