About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Internal Investigations at PwC, you will hold a central position in protecting the firm and its clients against compliance and regulatory exposure. Operating inside our Risk & Quality (R&Q) competency within Internal Firm Services, you will guide sensitive inquiries, deliver sound advice, and shape practical solutions that keep risk in check. This is an on-site role based in Williams, Tulsa County, with travel of up to 20% as engagements require.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee internal investigations from intake through resolution, ensuring objectivity and rigor at every stage.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts and help identify, assess, and mitigate risk across the organization.
- Provide trusted counsel and actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and refine investigative processes, controls, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate across the Internal Firm Services practice to uphold the firm's quality and ethical commitments.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing internal investigations, compliance, or risk and quality functions at a senior level.
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to handle confidential and complex matters discreetly.
- Excellent communication skills for advising stakeholders and presenting findings clearly.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% in connection with the role.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach suited to a full-time professional services environment.
