PwC is hiring a Full Time Front Office Strategy Consulting – Sales Strategy Senior Associate in Boston to design and execute transformational sales strategies and customer engagement solutions for Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations across industries.

About the Role

In this Senior Associate position within PwC's Front Office Strategy practice, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner for clients navigating critical sales transformation and customer service optimization. You'll lead diagnostic engagements, develop fact-based go-to-market recommendations, and guide implementation of sales and service operating models that drive measurable competitive advantage. Travel to client sites accounts for up to 60% of your time across the Boston area and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer engagement processes and sales operations to identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Design customized sales strategies, service models, and go-to-market approaches aligned to each client's market position
• Build data-driven financial models and business cases that quantify the impact of recommended strategic changes
• Lead client workshops and strategy sessions with executive leadership and frontline teams to drive alignment
• Develop implementation roadmaps, organizational structures, and capability-building plans for client sales organizations
• Contribute to proposal development and thought leadership initiatives that demonstrate PwC's market expertise

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or degree in business, marketing, or related field strongly preferred
• 4+ years of progressive experience in consulting, business strategy, sales leadership, or customer strategy roles
• Proven expertise in sales strategy, customer analytics, revenue optimization, or commercial transformation
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization; experience with BI tools a plus
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and present to C-level executives
• Problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, client-facing environments
• Comfort with frequent travel (up to 60%)
