Sr Worldwide GTM Specialist – GenAI, AI Services and Bedrock, Data & AI GTM

Amazon is hiring a Senior Worldwide Go-to-Market Specialist to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that drive enterprise adoption of our advanced AI services and Amazon Bedrock. This remote, full-time position is part of our AI Services team headquartered in Grand Central, Manhattan.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution for Amazon's purpose-built AI capabilities—including Transcribe, Polly, Textract, and Bedrock. Working alongside product managers, you'll develop positioning, messaging, and customer adoption programs that accelerate market penetration and drive revenue growth. Your work will shape how enterprises discover, evaluate, and deploy our AI services at scale.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate enterprise customer adoption of Amazon's AI Services and Bedrock platform
• Collaborate with product management to align market positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Transcribe, Polly, Textract, and Bedrock
• Identify and segment target customer personas, designing campaigns and enablement programs to drive engagement
• Drive cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, solutions architecture, and customer success teams
• Define metrics and measure program performance, iterating strategies based on customer feedback and market insights
• Build and manage relationships with key enterprise customers and strategic partners

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development—ideally in cloud services or enterprise software
• Proven track record developing and executing GTM strategies that drive customer adoption and revenue impact
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML markets, emerging use cases, and enterprise customer challenges
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data and customer feedback into strategic recommendations
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
• Experience translating complex product capabilities into clear customer value propositions
