About the Role

As a Senior Specialist, Business Systems Analyst at L3Harris, you'll play a critical role in understanding complex business requirements and translating them into effective technology strategies. Working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you'll identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and strategic alignment that directly impact our mission and operations.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders across departments and leadership levels
• Design and recommend business and technology solutions that align with organizational objectives
• Document current processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Evaluate existing systems and emerging technologies to support business goals
• Develop functional specifications and requirements documentation for development and implementation teams
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure successful system integration and adoption
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for business initiatives
• Support testing activities and process validation to ensure solutions meet business needs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related business analysis role
• Proven track record of gathering requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about enterprise solutions
• Experience with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or mission-critical business applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
