- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership at client organizations
- Lead cross-functional consulting teams through complex sales transformation projects
- Conduct business process reviews and develop implementation roadmaps
- Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout engagements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or customer service consulting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated success leading consulting projects or managing complex client engagements
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, customer engagement models, or service delivery operations
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—for presenting to executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
