What You'll Do

• Guide clients through securities compliance, regulatory requirements, and business structuring decisions

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Illinois or ability to obtain admission
• 5+ years of corporate law experience, with demonstrated expertise in business transactions and corporate counsel
• Strong background working with private companies and understanding their operational needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
• Professional judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering practical solutions
• Track record of building client relationships and managing matters independently (for Partner-level candidates)
