Wabtec is seeking an Operador de Fundição I to join our production team in Monte Alto, SP, BR. In this full-time foundry role, you'll operate precision casting equipment and support our manufacturing operations with technical skill and safety focus.

The Opportunity

As an Operador de Fundição I at Wabtec's Monte Alto facility, you'll work in a foundry environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are essential. This position offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills in foundry operations while contributing to the production of quality components for the rail and propulsion industry.

What You'll Do

• Operate foundry equipment and machinery following established procedures
• Monitor casting processes and ensure adherence to production specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and document any irregularities
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
• Identify and report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
• Work safely within foundry protocols and support a culture of continuous safety improvement
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in foundry, metalworking, or similar manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow technical instructions and understand safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Reliable, punctual attendance with a strong work ethic
• Physical ability to work in a foundry environment, including standing for extended periods and handling materials
• Basic math skills for measurements and record-keeping
• Teamwork and communication skills
