Role Overview

We're looking for a dependable Machine Operator I to join our production team at our Monte Alto facility. In this role, you'll operate industrial machinery, monitor equipment performance, and ensure our manufacturing processes meet strict quality and safety standards. This position offers solid career foundation in precision manufacturing within the transportation sector.

Core Duties

• Operate and monitor assigned production machinery following established standard operating procedures
• Inspect equipment regularly and report mechanical issues or performance problems to supervisors
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and equipment cleaning as scheduled
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Track and document production output, downtime, and equipment performance metrics
• Coordinate with fellow operators and production supervisors to maintain output schedules
• Suggest efficiency improvements and quality enhancements based on operator observations

Who We're Looking For

• Secondary education diploma or technical qualification preferred
• Demonstrated experience operating industrial machinery or working in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Strong safety consciousness and reliability in following procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Precision focus and commitment to quality output
• Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus
