About the Role

As an Estate Administrator with our client firm, you'll serve as a critical support professional for attorneys managing estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. This role combines client coordination, meticulous documentation, and proactive case management to ensure every estate matter moves forward efficiently and in full compliance with applicable regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage estate and probate files from intake through resolution, maintaining detailed records and case timelines
  • Coordinate directly with clients, beneficiaries, and external parties to gather required documentation and answer procedural questions
  • Prepare and organize estate-related materials, including property inventories, financial disclosures, and court filings
  • Support senior attorneys with research, scheduling, and administrative tasks specific to estate matters
  • Track deadlines, manage correspondence, and maintain organized client records in digital case management systems
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing estate administration and fiduciary responsibilities

What We're Looking For
