As a Litigation Associate, you'll support the firm's commercial litigation practice, handling case research, evidence management, and client communication. This role offers meaningful exposure to all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial preparation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Manage document review and discovery processes
- Conduct client interviews and depositions
- Assist with trial preparation and courtroom support
- Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
- Maintain accurate case files and legal documentation
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and state bar license
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines
- Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues

Compensation and Position Details
