Position Summary

As a Sales/Estimator in commercial roofing, you'll drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing roofing projects for commercial clients. You'll blend sales execution with technical estimating expertise to advance opportunities through the pipeline while cultivating client relationships that generate sustained business growth.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new commercial roofing sales within assigned territories
• Perform on-site property assessments for commercial re-roofing, service, and maintenance projects
• Prepare detailed, competitive cost estimates tailored to project scope and specifications
• Develop and sustain relationships with facility managers, property owners, and key decision-makers
• Recognize repeat-service and preventive maintenance revenue streams to deepen client partnerships
• Align with internal teams on estimate accuracy, pricing strategy, and project execution

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales track record in construction, roofing, or allied industries
• Working knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies, materials, and methodologies
• Competent estimating and technical numeracy skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Current, valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
