About the Role

As a Coordinator Rider Engagement at Delivery Hero, you'll be the bridge between our operations team and our delivery riders in Baghdad. Your work will focus on fostering positive partnerships, addressing rider concerns, and implementing strategies that support both rider success and business growth. This role combines communication, coordination, and problem-solving to ensure our rider community feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support delivery riders to ensure a strong and engaged partner base
• Build and maintain relationships with active riders through regular communication and feedback
• Identify and resolve issues affecting rider satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate engagement programs and incentives that encourage participation and performance
• Track and report on rider performance metrics and program effectiveness
• Respond to rider inquiries and provide support for operational or platform-related questions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on rider feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in rider, driver, or partner engagement roles, or equivalent in customer or operations coordination
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups
• Organizational ability to manage multiple riders and programs simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with data tracking or performance management systems is a plus
• Local knowledge of Baghdad and familiarity with the delivery or gig economy market is beneficial
