About This Position

This is a strategic logistics leadership role within Delivery Hero's operations function. Working remotely from Stockholm, you'll shape how we move goods, manage inventory, and coordinate with partners across regions. You'll combine hands-on logistics expertise with people leadership, driving measurable improvements in speed, cost, and service quality. This position offers the scope to influence operations strategy whilst remaining connected to day-to-day execution.

Core Duties

• Oversee logistics workflows, warehouse operations, and distribution processes to meet service targets and cost objectives
• Lead a team or manage key logistics functions, including staff development, performance management, and process ownership
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement solutions that strengthen operational resilience
• Manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to secure reliable capacity and competitive terms
• Track and report on key performance indicators—delivery times, inventory turns, cost per unit, fulfillment accuracy—and escalate issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, commercial, finance) to align logistics strategy with business growth

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or operations
• Demonstrated experience leading teams or managing significant operational functions
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record improving processes, reducing costs, or scaling operations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across technical and commercial stakeholders
• Familiarity with logistics systems, inventory management principles, and end-to-end supply chain concepts
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment and coordinate asynchronously across geographies
