About the Role
As an Account Executive, you'll be at the center of our growth engine. You'll own relationships with brand partners, identify expansion opportunities within accounts, and build new business by presenting our creator-driven campaign solutions. Your expertise in influencer marketing and business development will directly impact our ability to scale campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.
What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with brand clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Lead discovery conversations to understand brand objectives and recommend tailored influencer marketing strategies
- Develop and present campaign proposals that leverage Seismic's creator partnerships and performance data
- Negotiate contracts and manage deal terms with brands and cross-functional teams
- Identify account expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth with existing clients
- Collaborate with creative, operations, and performance teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results
- Track and communicate campaign performance metrics to clients, using data to inform future strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales—ideally in marketing, advertising, or digital media
- Genuine understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and creator culture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate brand needs into compelling campaign strategies
- Natural relationship builder with strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and ROI metrics
- Self-directed and results-oriented; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
