What This Role Involves

As a Field Service Coordinator, you will serve as the operational hub connecting our technical teams with our customers. Your day-to-day work ensures that service appointments run smoothly, technicians have what they need to succeed, and customers receive timely, professional support. You'll manage schedules, track work orders, and handle communications that keep our field operations moving forward efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations
• Manage work orders, documentation, and service records
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and progress updates
• Coordinate logistics and ensure technicians have necessary equipment and parts
• Track job completion and maintain quality assurance standards
• Support the field service team with administrative and operational tasks
• Respond to service inquiries and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in field service coordination, dispatch, or similar operations role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
• Proficiency with scheduling software and digital tools
