About the Role
This People Systems & AI Analyst role sits at the intersection of human resources operations and data-driven technology strategy. You'll own the systems and processes that power our people operations, leveraging AI and analytics to drive insights, improve efficiency, and support Solace's growth. This is a hands-on position where you'll design systems, interpret data, and recommend improvements that directly impact how we scale our team and mission.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze people systems data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key HR and workforce metrics
- Implement and optimize AI-powered tools and automations within our people operations infrastructure
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and engineering teams to design systems that support accurate, timely workforce planning
- Document workflows, data models, and system architecture to ensure transparency and scalability
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend technology solutions to enhance data quality and accessibility
Who We're Looking For
- Experience with people analytics, HR systems, or workforce data platforms
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI applications and how to evaluate them for operational use
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- A genuine interest in improving organizational efficiency and supporting team growth
