Sr. Manager, Gift Card Program

About This Position

Subway is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to manage and grow the Gift Card Program. In this full-time role, you'll drive innovation, operational excellence, and profitability for a key revenue stream while ensuring seamless integration with our franchisee network. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow, market, and optimize the gift card program
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships, contract negotiations, and program delivery
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators; analyze metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership
• Ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements, fraud prevention standards, and company policies
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, technology, and franchisee relations teams
• Identify operational improvements and market expansion opportunities
• Manage program budget, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
• Champion customer experience and brand consistency across all gift card touchpoints

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or business strategy
• Proven success leading and motivating cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience with performance metrics and reporting
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in retail, quick-service restaurants, loyalty programs, or gift card operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations, or related field
