This Assistant Manager position is central to Subway's regional marketing operations. You will oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns designed to support franchisee growth and strengthen brand presence across the market. Core Duties

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and franchisee performance

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related professional role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet established deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms, CRM tools, or analytics software
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Collaborative approach to working across departments and with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
