What You'll Do

• Coordinate with Schneider dispatch to secure loads that align with your schedule and business objectives
• Monitor fuel costs, maintenance expenses, and route efficiency to maximize profitability
• Maintain professional communication with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers
• Adhere to all federal and state motor carrier safety regulations

Requirements

• Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a proven safe driving record
• Demonstrated experience operating commercial trucks in professional freight transport
• Your own commercial truck that meets industry safety and maintenance standards
• Thorough understanding of DOT regulations and federal motor carrier compliance
• Ability to self-manage time, finances, and business operations independently
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and basic vehicle maintenance capabilities
