About the Role
As a CDL-A refrigerated truck driver at Schneider, you'll operate company equipment on dedicated routes between major distribution and retail centers. This is a full-time, OTR van truckload position featuring consistent freight volume and predictable lane assignments. You'll earn weekly pay between $1,020 and $1,250, with every-other-week home time that keeps your schedule stable and reliable.
What You'll Do
- Operate refrigerated semi-trucks on assigned OTR lanes with steady freight volume
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations, logbook entries, and vehicle safety inspections
- Deliver temperature-sensitive freight safely and on schedule
- Coordinate with dispatch for route planning and load updates
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Work predictable power lanes designed to support every-other-week home time
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with current medical certificate
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background verification
- Refrigerated truck driving experience preferred; all CDL-A holders welcome to apply
