You'll operate as part of a two-driver team, covering routes across all 48 US states in a modern dry van tractor-trailer. This is true over-the-road work—professional dock teams handle all freight loading and unloading, so you concentrate on safe, timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a team-driven dry van unit across the continental United States with a co-driver partner
• Conduct thorough vehicle safety inspections and pre-trip walkarounds per DOT and company requirements
• Maintain accurate logbooks and records in compliance with FMCSA hours-of-service regulations
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, shippers, and receivers to meet delivery schedules
• Practice safe, defensive driving techniques across all weather and traffic conditions
• Coordinate with your team partner to achieve on-time, damage-free deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• 1–5 months of truck driving experience
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening and drug testing
• Commitment to an over-the-road schedule with regular 2-week rotation and time away from home
• Physical capability to perform pre-trip inspections and handle operational demands
