Baggett Transportation is seeking experienced CDL-A owner operators for full-time, over-the-road flatbed hauling based in Panama City, Bay County. Position Summary

As a CDL-A owner operator with Baggett Transportation, you'll operate your own truck on dedicated routes hauling specialized cargo across the country. Your Responsibilities

• Transport specialized freight using flatbed and stepdeck trailers on assigned OTR routes
• Maintain meticulous attention to load securement, weight compliance, and safety protocols
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and coordinate logistics for solo or team operations
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and customer service
• Complete accurate documentation, logs, and compliance records

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with flatbed and specialized freight experience
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience
• Clean driving record with no recent moving violations or safety incidents
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your own operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to vehicle maintenance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to operate both solo and as part of a team driving arrangement
