About the Role

As a CDL-A Owner Operator with Baggett Transportation, you will run OTR flatbed lanes hauling a wide range of specialized freight. We welcome both solo drivers and team partners who want consistent miles, transparent earnings, and genuine support from the moment they roll out. This is a full-time, non-remote position operating out of Blountville, Sullivan County.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed and stepdeck trailers across over-the-road routes safely and on schedule
• Secure, tarp, and transport assorted specialized freight in compliance with all DOT regulations
• Maintain your own truck and equipment in road-ready condition
• Communicate consistently with dispatch and support staff to keep loads moving
• Deliver reliable, professional service as either a solo or team owner operator

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable OTR driving experience
• Own a tractor suitable for flatbed and stepdeck operations
• Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety
• Willingness to run over-the-road lanes as a solo or team operator
