About the Role
As a California Licensed Architect with Urban Design Specialists LLC, you will contribute your expertise to multifamily residential developments from concept through completion. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Marina Del Rey, where you will work alongside a tight-knit group of accomplished professionals in an energetic, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design and documentation of multifamily housing projects.
- Apply your knowledge of Type I and Type III construction to deliver code-compliant, buildable solutions.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout each phase of design.
- Ensure that drawings and specifications meet California regulatory and licensing standards.
Qualifications
- A current and active California architectural license is required.
- Demonstrated experience working on multifamily projects.
- Hands-on familiarity with both Type I and Type III construction types.
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly studio setting.
