Indirect Channel Manager – Assembly Technology

Bosch Group is hiring an Indirect Channel Manager – Assembly Technology in Pineville, NC. This full-time role is based on-site and focuses on driving sales growth through our partner network and distribution channels.

What This Role Involves

As an Indirect Channel Manager for Assembly Technology at Bosch Group, you'll lead the strategic expansion of our market reach by cultivating and managing relationships with key distributors and resellers. You'll be responsible for transforming channel partners into high-performing extensions of our sales organization, ensuring they have the knowledge, resources, and incentives to effectively market and sell our assembly technology solutions to end customers throughout the region and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Build and strengthen relationships with strategic distributors and channel partners who serve the assembly technology market
• Design and implement partner development strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market share
• Deliver comprehensive training and sales enablement programs to ensure partner teams understand our products and competitive advantages
• Manage sales forecasts, track partner performance metrics, and drive accountability toward shared objectives
• Identify emerging market opportunities and partner with internal teams to capture new business
• Negotiate partner agreements and manage terms to create win-win relationships
• Represent Bosch Group at industry conferences, partner forums, and strategic business meetings

Qualifications

• Established background in channel management, indirect sales, or partner development roles
• Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through channel and distribution partnerships
• Knowledge of assembly technology, manufacturing processes, or related industrial technology sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with capacity to influence diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and market assessment capabilities
• Experience managing complex organizational relationships and cross-functional projects
