What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for job seekers, answering questions and guiding them through available opportunities
• Build genuine relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, career goals, and job preferences
• Consult with employer clients to understand their hiring needs and position requirements
• Match qualified candidates with positions that fit their experience and aspirations
• Follow up with candidates at key milestones to ensure a smooth placement experience
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our recruitment platform
• Identify opportunities to expand candidate networks and employer partnerships
• Contribute positively to team collaboration and company culture

Compensation
