ERP Systems Administrator

Dywidag is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the opportunity to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise resource planning systems while supporting users across the organization.

The Opportunity

As an ERP Systems Administrator, you'll be at the technical core of Dywidag's operations, overseeing the systems that power our business processes. You'll combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to ensure our ERP platform operates efficiently, securely, and reliably. Your work directly enables teams across the company to access the data and tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ERP system operations, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions
• Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols to maintain data integrity and compliance
• Plan and execute system updates, patches, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to business operations
• Provide technical support and training to end users across departments
• Maintain system backups, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity plans
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge retention and audit purposes
• Collaborate with IT teams and department leaders to identify system improvements and optimization opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience administering ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent platforms
• Strong knowledge of database management, system architecture, and IT infrastructure
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Commitment to information security and data protection best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to system incidents
• Relevant IT certifications or professional qualifications preferred
