Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with deep expertise in GitHub enterprise platforms and DevSecOps practices. In this role, you'll own the administration, security, and optimization of our GitHub infrastructure while championing secure development practices across the organization. You'll work at the intersection of operations and security, ensuring our development platforms are performant, compliant, and resilient. Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain GitHub enterprise environments, including user provisioning, access controls, and organizational structures
• Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices across development pipelines and infrastructure
• Design and maintain system architecture for continuous integration and deployment workflows
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency
• Collaborate with development and security teams to establish policies that balance usability with compliance requirements
• Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code principles
• Conduct security audits and implement hardening measures across systems and platforms

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience administering GitHub enterprise or similar version control platforms
• Strong foundation in Linux and Windows system administration
• Working knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Solid understanding of application security, access management, and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-availability environments
• Clear communication ability and comfort collaborating across technical teams
