Role Overview

As a Controlling Business Intelligence Specialist at Delivery Hero in Taguig, you'll be at the intersection of finance and data. You'll design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that empower our controlling and finance functions. Your work will transform raw financial and operational data into actionable insights that shape strategic and tactical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms that support controlling activities and business performance monitoring
• Analyze complex financial and operational datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
• Develop KPIs and metrics frameworks aligned with company objectives and deliver regular performance reviews
• Collaborate with finance, controlling, and operational teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Automate routine financial reporting and data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis through data modeling and scenario analysis

What You Bring

• Proven experience in business intelligence, financial analytics, or controlling roles
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong SQL and database querying skills; comfort with ETL processes and data pipelines
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and controlling methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in handling financial data
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is a plus
