About the Role

As Recruiting Manager based in Morristown, Morris County, you'll direct end-to-end recruitment operations, from candidate sourcing to placement. You'll manage talent acquisition across executive and corporate positions, developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top-tier professionals aligned with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for corporate and executive placements
• Source and engage qualified candidates through relationship-building and market research
• Lead candidate screening, interviews, and evaluation processes
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions and define ideal candidate profiles
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and outcomes
• Represent Robert Half professionally to candidates and hiring partners
