About This Position

Target is seeking an experienced Property Management Lead to oversee all aspects of property maintenance, facilities management, and vendor coordination at our Ellisburg store. In this role, you'll ensure our facility consistently meets Target's rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness. The starting pay range for this full-time position is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, with the full pay range at $24.00–$40.80 per hour, based on factors including relevant labor market conditions, prior experience, education, and professional certifications.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily property maintenance operations and coordinate comprehensive facility upkeep
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and regular building inspections
• Lead, supervise, and mentor maintenance staff and coordinate external vendor relationships
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and Target company standards
• Manage maintenance budgets and monitor operational expenses effectively
• Address facility issues promptly and prioritize repairs based on store operational needs

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in property management, facilities management, or related leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of maintenance operations, building systems, and safety protocols
• Strong ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and vendor relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and availability to work a flexible schedule
