About the Role

As a Digital Marketing & Platform Producer, you'll own the end-to-end development and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and platform content. You'll collaborate across teams to translate business objectives into compelling, data-informed digital experiences that engage audiences and drive measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
• Produce and manage digital content, including copy, creative assets, and multimedia materials
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and data insights; recommend refinements based on key metrics
• Partner with creative, strategy, and technical teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and on-time delivery
• Manage digital assets, calendars, and project timelines to support concurrent marketing initiatives
• Identify opportunities to enhance audience engagement and platform effectiveness
• Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and marketing objectives

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, content production, or a related field
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, or analytics tools
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with skill managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience producing digital content or managing marketing campaigns
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
